Who we are. Becomely (working name) is an invite-only coaching prototype. Contact for privacy questions or requests: privacy@getbecomely.com (general support: support@getbecomely.com).

Draft under review. This notice is a draft being reviewed. It is not a complete privacy policy and does not by itself make this prototype compliant with privacy law.

What we store. Your email; the profile you enter (goal, motivation, habits, constraints, weekly time, tone, optional pasted notes); your roadmap, missions, reflections (what happened, difficulty, usefulness, obstacles) and skip reasons; questions you ask the coach and its answers; usage events (for example "mission completed", with no free text); and AI usage counts (tokens and estimated cost). Server logs record errors and technical events without your coaching text; sign-in links are sent to you by our configured email provider and are never written to logs in production; only in local development (console email transport) is the sign-in email (your address and link) printed to the developer's console instead of being emailed. Why. To create and adapt your coaching, and to learn whether this prototype is useful.

AI processing outside Canada. To generate your roadmap, missions and answers, a short summary of your profile (goal, motivation, limits, weekly time, tone; trimmed to a few words each) and of your progress (counts, your last ratings, and a few words of recent obstacles), the mission you are working on, and any question you ask the coach, are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), which processes data outside Canada (for example in the United States), where it may be accessible under local law. Under Anthropic's standard commercial policy, this data is deleted within 30 days, with exceptions (for example usage-policy violations or legal requirements); this is not zero retention. Safety. If something you write suggests you may be in crisis, coaching pauses and we show crisis resources (9-8-8). Only the fact that this screen was shown is recorded (linked to your account), not your text.

Your control. View and edit your profile any time. Delete my data (Profile) permanently removes your account and everything above, including stored AI context and usage records, in one step. We keep only an anonymous running total of AI spend (no link to you) to enforce the prototype's budget cap.
